TELESCOPIC CARTON

A telescopic carton consists of 2 components and is similar to a shoe box. Whilst this could be used to pack heavy items, the wide opening makes it easy to access the product.

SELF LOCKING DIE CUT CARTON

Self-locking cartons carry a professional appearance and has self-locking tabs for easy tape free assembly. Hence, they could be re-used.

FLEXO COLOR PRINTING

Flexography printing is an excellent printing option that offers a variety of high-quality printing and finishing choices that can be used by many industries. Our state-of-the-art printing facility has the ability to print up to 6 colors.

DIVIDERS & PARTITIONS

Econopack’s dividers are usually used to create multi layers within a carton while our partitions are generally used when bottles or metal cans are packed. The partitions/pigeon holes protect the bottles and cans from abrasion.

OFFSET/LAMINATED CARTONS

Econopack’s laminated Cartons usually carry a full color offset print with a lamination or vanish on the top ply to add a gloss finish to the cartons. These are usually corrugated cartons that carry a merchandizing value and are used as shelf-ready packaging.

CORRUGATED TRAYS

Econopack’s Corrugated Trays are used for many purposes. They are mainly used for bottled water, soft drinks, beverage cans, snack food etc. and are advantageous when product visibility and easy handling are of prime importance.

HANGER-PACK CARTONS

Econopack’s Hanger-pack Cartons are also a different type of Die-cut Cartons, mainly used to ship apparels with its hanger to avoid the crushing of the garment.

DIE CUT CARTONS

Econopack’s Die Cut Cartons are custom corrugated boxes created to exact customer specifications in varied shaped and sizes according to their requirements. These Die Cut Cartons could be supplied in either printed or unprinted form.

REGULAR SLOTTED CARTONS

The most common carton types currently in use, Econopack’s Regular Slotted Cartons are ideal for the shipping of standard bulk products. These cartons could be supplied in either printed or unprinted form in up to 4 colors.

MONO CARTONS

Mono Cartons are normally used for FMCG products. These mono cartons can be customized as per the design and size of the products. We specialize in manufacturing mono cartons which are made up of high-quality recycled papers or boards that is coated or laminated to provide an attractive appearance to packaging and more texture is added through the use of spot UV, embossing, and foiling etc.
